Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII)

SAP MII drives plant performance improvements. It simplifies integration with shop floor automation systems and SAP ERP manufacturing processes. Further, custom solutions for unique manufacturing scenarios can be developed using the MII workbench.

SAP MES

SAP MES enables the use of enterprise-wide real-time data to make key manufacturing decisions. This helps in optimizing plant performance- improving profitability, increasing quality and reducing variation.

SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo)

SAP PCo enables the exchange of information between SAP and other industry specific data sources such as process control systems and plant historians. The Notification Process of PCo monitors production facilities, records exceptions (such as rule violations or changes in measurement readings) and reports them to a destination system. Destination systems, such as SAP MII, use the Query Process of PCo to query specific source system tags. This data can be displayed on a dashboard.
