EXA AG joined hands with SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE on 24 February 2021. With this move, SNP SE now has a majority stake in EXA AG.
SNP SE is a leading global provider of solutions for digital transformation processes and software-based data migrations. With the CrystalBridge Data Transformation Platform and the SNP BLUEFIELD approach, IT landscapes can be restructured and modernized much more quickly and securely, and data can be migrated reliably into new systems or cloud environments.
