To commemorate the importance and achievements of its female employees, EXA celebrated the International Women’s Day in March with activities across its locations.
The team got together at EXA’s Bangalore office for a day of celebrations that included highlighting individual female employees as part of a presentation to the entire staff, enjoying some cake together and distributing gifts to them as a gesture of appreciation. Under the motto “I inspire change” EXA recognizes the importance of a diverse staff. Currently females account for approximately 30% of EXA employees, working in all roles at the company ranging from technology development and consulting to holding executive positions. EXA is determined to further increase this ratio as part of its international growth plan and welcomes talented women who seek a rewarding career in technology.
